Who are we

Top Girl Management Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14675481). For the data protection legislation, we are a data "controller". This policy tells you how we use your personal data and how to contact us if you have any questions about how we use personal data. This privacy policy covers our website topgirlmanagement.com as well as our business practises.

Collection of information

We also collect the information you provide to us through this website. The type of information we collect includes:

  • your full name;

  • your e-mail address; and

  • website activity and usage analytics.

Any information we collect about you may be stored in a CRM software or similar software which allows us to organise and track the progress of potential clients through the application and onboarding stages.

Use of information

We will only use your information to:

  • enable us to carry out our services;

  • contact you to further explore the possibility of becoming one of our clients;

  • communicate requested or agreed information (such as performance reports and similar information);

  • to comply with our statutory and regulatory obligations;

  • to carry out our agreed services as stated in our client contract agreement.

Service Providers and Sharing of Information

To ensure that we can fulfil our contractual obligations to you, some of your personal data may be shared with third parties. These include:

  • Credit Card and Bank payment providers;

  • Third parties that we use to provide a service;

Other third parties may be hired for the following reasons:

  • To facilitate a new Service;

  • To provide another Service on our behalf;

  • To perform Service-related services; or

  • To assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. We will not pass your information on to any other third parties unless allowed or required to by law.

Storage and security

We will take steps to ensure that your data is stored securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. All information you provide to us is stored on our zero-knowledge security software, provided by a third party. This third party does not collect or have access to any information stored inside the software. Any payment transaction will be handled by our third party payments provider. All payments will be handled through our third parties invoicing software. We currently do not take any payments through this website. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Your rights in connection with personal information

Under certain circumstances, by law you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

  • Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.

  • Request erasure of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. The right to erasure is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances. One of the reasons when it does not apply is when a firm needs to comply with a legal obligation which, as a regulated firm, we do. Please refer to Section 5 for our policy on how long we keep personal data after a policy ceases to be in force. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).

  • Object to processing of your personal information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

  • Request the restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal information about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.

  • Request the transfer of your personal information to another party.

If you want to review, verify, correct or request erasure of your personal information, object to the processing of your personal data, or request that we transfer a copy of your personal information to another party, please contact support@topgirlmanagement.com.

No fee usually required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

What we may need from you

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information practices or relevant laws. You can tell when this policy was last updated by looking at the date at the top of the policy. Any changes to our policy will become effective upon posting of the revised policy on the site. Use of our site, any of our products and services, and/or providing consent to the updated policy following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy then in effect.
